Amie Sheridan, Founder
Amie Sheridan is a writer, strategic communications specialist, and advisor to women founders, operators and investors. Her articles on funding news and venture trends appear in Inc.
After a decade working with female founders, Amie recognized a gap in the market for reliable intelligence on women and venture capital. She launched WINS LIST, a weekly digest and database tracking new women-led funds and venture deals, in 2026.
Prior to founding WINS, Amie taught undergraduate courses in the SJU Haub School of Business and held roles at NBC Sports Group, Saatchi & Saatchi, and the National Hockey League.

Christie Lenox, Head of Community and Partnerships
Christie Lenox is the gatekeeper of the WINS LIST database, tracking, vetting and connecting founders, investors, and partners in the ecosystem.
Previously head of community at All Raise, Christie oversaw marketing, events and operations, managing the nonprofit’s relationships with founding and national partners, including Bank of America, UBS and M12, Microsoft's venture fund.
Christie spent more than a decade in sponsorship and experiential marketing before entering the founder/investor space. She has designed partnerships and large-scale events for Major League Soccer, Nintendo, PayPal, eBay, BMW, Microsoft and the Valero Alamo Bowl.
A longtime advocate for connecting women founders and female athletes to investment pathways, Christie authors Athletes on the Cap Table for WINS LIST.
